Sunday, March 31st, (Transit)
Today, we will finally be home after a 9 hour long car ride. Once again for lunch it's crackers. For dinner, we unfortunately go to McDonalds for a fat-free meal. I get 20 Chicken McNuggets but I can't eat them all. We have a 33 minute long border wait even though my older brother had previously informed us of half an hour wait (wrong again!). As soon as I came home, my mom quickly got me to our Honda Fit. Then we immediately went and did a 5k. A perfect ending to our trip. By Ethan
wow. Good for you and your son that you were able to keep writing even though you could not post or get feedback along the way. Its much harder to write without that sense of audience. I really loved all the photos of your journey. I gather someone gave you and family some photo tips in the slot canyons. The photos are so so beautiful. It also sounds like you have all had a very healthy and physically challenging vacation. Good for you!
