2 Week Long Wait
Saturday, March 29th (Transit)
Today we finally head for home. I’ve been
waiting for this moment for two weeks and it has finally arrived. The drive is nine hours long. Fortunately, I have a fully charged Phone and a car charger for it as well.
We have a quick breakfast of cereal and jump in the car shortly before 11. In
the car we eat crackers and sandwiches for lunch. The kids drain the iPads of
their fully charged batteries with one of them demanding an Internet
connection in the car. Yeah, right. It won’t cost too much money.
